Warranty Policy of Datotek

At Datotek, we are committed to providing high-quality and reliable data storage products. All genuine Datotek products come with a limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, if your product experiences defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, Datotek will offer repair or replacement service in accordance with this policy.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Products purchased through Datotek’s authorized channels

  • Compatibility issues are not covered under the warranty.

  • Products that have been repaired, disassembled, modified, or altered without Datotek’s authorization are excluded from the warranty coverage.

  • Accessories, packaging materials, consumables, and other non-core items are not included in the warranty service.

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase.

  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal usage. Damage caused by improper use, modification, accidents, unauthorized repair, water exposure, or natural disasters is not covered.

  • Replacement or repaired products will carry the remaining warranty period from the original purchase date. 

  • Datotek is not responsible for data loss or indirect damages caused by product malfunction. We strongly recommend regular data backups.

How to Claim Warranty Service:
To request warranty support, please contact your local authorized reseller or Datotek customer service with your product model, serial number, and purchase proof. Our team will assist you with inspection, repair, or replacement procedures.
